BOWLING...a means of Relaxation..

When I was the National Coach years ago, I used to take my athletes to the Bowling Alley a day before the meet. Bowling helps athlete to focus....
This remedy was practiced every time and two of my athletes did won the gold medal....
Nowadays, I bowl to relax...
