9 Kilos in 4 Weeks...

I lost 9 kilos in 28 days.. That's right. That's what the fasting month did to me. And, I lost 2 inches on my waistline.. And,  I think I love it....
Let's see what I took regularly for my diet..

 Dates for breaking of fast...

Follow up by Star fruits ...
Curry puffs for some carbohydrates..
Some fish for protein ..

I seldom take rice... If I do, it's just a bit...
That's my regular diet this Fasting month of Ramadan...
