Asian Games Highlights - DAY 5.

Date: 17th Nov. 2010 (Wednesday) @ Eid Adha..
Medals:  2 GOLD, 2 SILVER, 1 BRONZE

What a coincidence... Everybody in Malaysia is celebrating the Hari Raya Aidil Adha (Eid Adha) and the 1Malaysia combination of Azizulhasni Awang and Josiah Ng gave Malaysians something to cheer today..
A gold and a silver from the last cycling event of Men's Keirin this afternoon gave us a cheerful celebration on this very day...
 Azizulhasni Awang  and  Josiah Ng..
Azizulhasni won the GOLD, in what seemed to be a helping hand from Josiah Ng, who had a slight 'bump' with a Chinese cyclist about 150m from the finishing line.. Josiah Ng himself, raced to take the Silver by the neck from another Chinese cyclist at the finishing line. In the last Commonwealth Games in New Delhi last month, Azizulhasni handed the gold medal to Josiah Ng in the same event, after being disqualified for dangerous cycling (said the officials in Delhi).. Josiah, who was luckily behind Azizul in that race, was handed the gold then. So, it seemed like a payback time..
Qabil and sister Quzandria...
Siblings Quzandria Nur and Qabil Ambak added more cheers to the Malaysian camp as they took the Silver and Bronze medals in the Equestrian event of Dressage. Well done kids !!!  South Korea won the gold.

Apart from that, the Men's Ten-Pin Bowling pair of Alex Liew and Adrian Ang won the GOLD. This news just came in as I'm writing this post... Congrates to both of you !!!  Hooray...........

I'm having a nice day today....
