One of the traditional menu from our ancestors - glutinous rice with fried salted fish, mixed with fine shredded coconut... They call it "pulut ikan masin" in Malay.
This dish can be eaten during breakfast or during tea time in the afternoon. It is common in the Northern states of Malaysia (Perlis and Kedah).
